Guatbimmo.ma is a public-facing real estate platform that publishes Moroccan property listings (apartments, villas, studios, construction projects) and related real estate content.
As part of our marketing and content distribution strategy, we use the TikTok API for Business to:
- Automatically publish real estate video content to our official TikTok business account (
@guatbimmo) - Display publicly available TikTok videos published by our own account on our website
- Reach a wider audience of potential buyers and investors through TikTok’s platform
Our use of the TikTok API is for public commercial broadcast of our own real estate content — not for accessing, collecting, or processing any TikTok user’s personal data.
3. TikTok API Integration
3.1 Scope of Use
Guatbimmo.ma integrates with TikTok’s API exclusively to:
- Authenticate and manage our own official TikTok business account
- Upload and publish real estate video content on behalf of our business
- Retrieve and display videos posted by our own account on our website
We do not use the TikTok API to:

- Build products for internal team use only
- Target, track, or profile TikTok users
3.2 Data Collected via TikTok API
The only data we collect through TikTok API integration is:
- Account authentication tokens (OAuth 2.0) required to authorize API calls to our own account
- Video metadata (title, description, views, likes) related to our own published content
